Les has a wealth of experience having been in the print industry for 25 years. His career started in manufacturing before being head-hunted to join one of the UK’s largest Print Management companies as Sales Director in 1994 where he was instrumental in increasing sales from £8m to £25m.

Simon has been with Lonsdale since 2010 and prior to this has worked on both the client side (print buyer for British Airways & Air Miles) and the supplier side of the industry, clocking up some 20+ years of experience.
In 2008, Gary purchased Lonsdale, in partnership with Les and quickly turned a £250k loss into a circa £250k profit. A key member of the team that has enabled Lonsdale to consistently, invest, grow and expand its offering during this period.
Joint MD & Owner
Jeff is a highly successful member of the Lonsdale sales team, and has been for over 25 years. His mass of experience has evolved with both the print industry as a whole and the changing faces of Lonsdale, where he has played a major role in those changes.
Jonathan’s print background is in estimating and account management, which puts him in an ideal position for his role in the management team. He started his career at Lonsdale as an Estimator where he developed an in-depth knowledge of print and production.
David has spent 34 years in the print industry, 28 of which have been with Lonsdale. His experience covers sales, customer service, estimating, systems and production.
